What do you supply for our wedding?

Is there accessibility for guests with mobility needs?
Absolutely. Ruby Oaks is fully on ground level, so guests with mobility needs can move around with ease.
Is catering included? Who can cater?
Catering is not included in our standard DIY venue rental package. You’re welcome to handle your catering separately, and our team can share our current catering partners and options with you.
If you prefer a more streamlined experience, we also offer an All-Inclusive Package that does include full-service catering along with other key wedding-day services. Please chat with a team member for current menus, pricing, and details about our all-inclusive option.
Is the bar included?
Our packages do not include bar service. Should you wish to have a bar at your event, our licensed bartending service can be added on, with you supplying the alcohol of your choice.
All alcohol must be served by our licensed bartenders, as we provide the required liquor liability insurance for any event on the property. This keeps your celebration compliant, safe, and stress-free.
For a fully catered bar experience, we curate exclusive alcohol packages for an additional fee. Please inquire with our team for pricing.
No matter which option you choose, our bartenders take it from there with professionalism and care!
Can we stay on property?
Yes! Ruby Oaks offers two on-site lodging options so you can truly make the most of your wedding weekend. We have a charming 3-bedroom home that sleeps up to 7 guests and a cozy camper that sleeps 4. Couples often use these spaces for getting ready, family stays, or as a fun spot for the bridal party to gather. Rental of both of these properties is not included in the venue rates, but can be added for a small fee.
Can we have our pets on property?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome at Ruby Oaks, and many couples choose to have their dogs walk down the aisle, join photos, or simply be part of the big day.
Can we interact with the farm animals?
Absolutely! Interacting with the animals is one of the highlights of Ruby Oaks. We have chickens, goats, a cow, and yes even a zebra! With a few simple guidelines in place, your guests can enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience. Reach out to us to learn more.
Are there restrictions on music volume or end time?
Turn up the music and dance the night away. There are no strict noise restrictions at Ruby Oaks. The only requirement is that all events conclude by 10 PM.
